HT-STEEL was established in 1979 and is located in the Zhenggang Development Zone, Yanshan County, Hebei Province—the heart of China's renowned pipe fittings manufacturing base. With over 45 years of experience, HT-STEEL has grown into a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service of high-performance pipeline equipment.
The company covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with a registered capital of RMB 100.8 million and total assets of RMB 880 million. We employ 296 staff, including 28 senior and intermediate technical engineers. Our annual production capacity reaches 55,000 tons, with a standing inventory of 30,000 tons available for immediate delivery to support fast-track and urgent projects.
HT-STEEL manufactures a comprehensive range of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloy pipe fittings, flanges, prefabricated piping systems, and pressure pipeline components. Our product range includes seamless and welded pipes from Φ15mm to Φ1200mm; high, medium, and low-pressure pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and lateral tees; as well as pipe supports, pressure vessels, anti-corrosion, and insulated steel pipes. Our flange products include standard and non-standard types such as weld neck (WN), slip-on (SO), blind (BL), threaded (TH), plate (PL), and lap joint (BLF).
The company is equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment to support large-scale and high-precision production, including 2 hot rolling mills (Model XZJ-500), 3 cold drawing machines (Model ZQJ-60), 4 pipe bending machines (Model GQ-120), 6 submerged arc welding units (Model SAW-300), 2 hydraulic pressure testing machines (Model YG-200), 3 CNC machining centers (Model VMC-850), and 40 CNC lathes dedicated to flange processing. This complete equipment set ensures efficient, high-quality production of both standard and customized products.
